The Splunk to Datadog Migration App automates the conversion of Splunk dashboards and queries into their Datadog equivalents. By automatically translating metadata into Datadog-specific dashboards, queries, and monitors, the app eases and accelerates your migration.

The Migration App automates migration of the metadata such as App Dashboards and Panel Queries. Ensure you have onboarded the relevant data from various sources into the Datadog platform prior to using this application. It’s important that your Datadog account already contains data similar to what is in Splunk to ensure a seamless visualization transition.

Currently, with the remote option, we support dashboard migration. With the offline option, we support .json files for dashboard migration and .csv files for any type of query, whether it is a panel query or a search query.
