Overview
Amazon CloudWatch Network Monitor is a service that provides centralized management and monitoring for global networks on AWS or on-premises.
Enable this integration to get visibility into metrics from Amazon CloudWatch Network Monitor.
Setup
Installation
If you haven’t already, set up the Amazon Web Services integration.
Metric collection
Install the Datadog - CloudWatch Network Monitor integration.
Data Collected
Metrics
aws.networkmonitor.health_indicator (gauge) | Indicates the health of the AWS network. A value of 0 represents a healthy network, and a value of 100 represents degradation. |
aws.networkmonitor.packet_loss (gauge) | The percentage of packets sent by the source which have not received replies before a static timeout is reached. Shown as percent |
aws.networkmonitor.rtt (gauge) | The time (in milliseconds) for a network request to go from the source to its destination and back. Shown as millisecond |

The CloudWatch Network Monitor integration does not include any events.
