Microsoft Azure Network Interface
Overview
Azure Network Interface enables an Azure Virtual Machine to communicate with internet, Azure, and on-premises resources.
Use the Datadog Azure integration to collect metrics from Azure Network Interface.
Setup
Installation
If you haven’t already, set up the Microsoft Azure integration first. There are no other installation steps.

azure.network_networkinterfaces.bytes_received_rate (count) | Number of bytes the Network Interface received. Shown as byte |
azure.network_networkinterfaces.bytes_sent_rate (count) | Number of bytes the Network Interface sent. Shown as byte |
azure.network_networkinterfaces.packets_received_rate (count) | Number of packets the Network Interface received. Shown as packet |
azure.network_networkinterfaces.packets_sent_rate (count) | Number of packets the Network Interface sent. Shown as packet |
azure.network_networkinterfaces.count (gauge) | The count of all Azure Network Interface resources. |
azure.network_networkinterfaces.status (gauge) | Status of Network Interfaces (deprecated). |

The Azure Network Interface integration does not include any events.
