.NET 트레이서를 설치한 후에도 애플리케이션이 트레이스를 생성하지 않는 경우, 본 페이지에서 설명하는 진단 도구 dd-dotnet을 실행하여 기본적인 트러블슈팅을 할 수 있습니다. 누락된 환경 변수, 불완전 설치 또는 연결할 수 없는 에이전트 등의 설정 문제를 확인하도록 도와드립니다.

진단 도구 dd-dotnet는 2.42.0 버전부터 추적 라이브러리와 함께 번들로 제공됩니다. 추적 라이브러리 설치 폴더에서 확인할 수 있으며, 시스템 PATH에 자동으로 추가되어 어디서든 호출할 수 있습니다.

`dd-trace` 설치

본 섹션은 2.42.0. 이전 버전 트레이서에 적용됩니다.

트레이서 이전 버전에는 dd-dotnet 도구가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 대신 dd-trace 도구를 설치할 수 있습니다. 해당 도구의 기능과 구문은 dd-dotnet과 비슷합니다.

다음 방법 중 하나로 dd-trace를 설치합니다.

명령을 실행하여 .NET SDK 사용

dotnet tool install -g dd-trace
```

다음 섹션에서 명령을 호출할 때는 dd-dotnet을 dd-trace로 교체해야 합니다.

프로세스 진단

애플리케이션 대부분의 경우 프로세스 진단을 활용하여 문제점을 찾을 수 있습니다.

애플리케이션이 실행 중인지 확인하고 프로세스 ID(pid)를 받습니다.
윈도우즈(Windows) 프로세스의 pid를 받으려면 작업 관리자를 연 다음 세부정보 탭에서 PID 컬럼을 찾습니다. tasklist /FI "IMAGENAME eq target.exe" 명령을 실행할 수도 있습니다. 여기서 target.exe는 프로세스 이름입니다.
Linux에서 프로세스 pid를 받으려면 ps aux | grep target 명령을 실행합니다. 여기서 target은 프로세스 이름입니다. pid는 도커(Docker) 컨테이너에서 실행되는 경우 일반적으로 1입니다.
다음과 같이 pid를 dd-dotnet 툴로 전달합니다.

본 작업은 기본 설정 점검을 실행하고 문제가 발견되면 권고 사항을 출력합니다.

IIS 진단

IIS 애플리케이션의 경우 다음 명령을 사용하여 보다 자세하게 진단할 수 있습니다. 여기서 <FULL SITE NAME>은 IIS의 사이트 이름으로, 다음과 같이 IIS의 사이트 이름 뒤에 애플리케이션 이름이 옵니다.

dd-dotnet check iis "<FULL SITE NAME>"

IIS에서는 애플리케이션 풀이 천천히 실행되므로 명령을 실행하기 전에 사이트가 요청을 하나 이상 수신했는지 확인하세요.

이름에 공백이 있는 경우 꼭 따옴표 처리해 주어야 합니다.

예를 들어, 하단 애플리케이션의 전체 사이트 이름은 Default Web Site/WebApplication1입니다.

본 애플리케이션에서 IIS 진단을 실행하는 명령입니다.

dd-dotnet check iis "Default Web Site/WebApplication1"

사이트의 루트 애플리케이션을 계측하려면 다음을 실행하세요.

dd-dotnet check iis "Default Web Site"

본 check iis 명령은 진단 프로세스를 포함합니다. 기본 설정 점검을 실행하고 문제가 발견되면 권고 사항을 출력합니다.

에이전트 연결 진단하기

특정 애플리케이션에 관해 점검을 실행하지 않고 에이전트 연결만 테스트하려는 경우 다음을 실행하세요.

dd-dotnet check agent <url>

본 명령은 에이전트에 요청을 보내고 오류를 찾아냅니다. 옵션 url 파라미터가 생략된 경우 에이전트 의 위치는 환경 변수로 결정됩니다. 지원하는 프로토콜은 http:// 또는 unix://(도메인 소켓의 경우)입니다.
